Huyard Properties was birthed out of two brothers that loved to take what was old and make it new. This 2-brother duo has flipped over 100 properties and has pretty much seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, while making the finished product, something to be proud of. In the summer of 2015 the 2 brothers, along with their wives, added Sycamore company to their reprotor of rental options. They offer yearly, monthly and nighlty rental options.
Both of our families love to travel and found it a dissapointment when we arrived at our destinations that were less than sub-par. So we decided to create vacation rentals where we would love to stay. We want to give our guests an authentic Lancaster County experience, the Lancaster we know and love. Our homes are design driven with highly curated and well thought out design asthetics because we believe that everyone should be allowed to vacation in a place that makes them feel happy and anticipate their next return. Mary Jo started designing and installing custom window treatments 18 years ago. From pillows, fabrics, and luxe extras to swatches, samples, and soft goods you will find plenty of inspiration at our design shoppe located in downtown Lancaster.
Savannah House is inspired by the timeless designs of the South and the beauty found in even the smallest detail. Mary Jo grew up near Savannah Ga. It is her hope that you find joy in your home and share it with your friends and family.
COUNTRY VIEW PA BED & BREAKFAST
Country View PA is operated by Nate and Becky Huyard. A continental breakfast is served in the main dining room of the Bed and Breakfast every morning. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the patio off the back of the cottage. From this quaint country setting, take a leisurely stroll on the path through the fields and enjoy the quietness of the country. Come, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Amish Farm Country.
